Permission from the Witham Fourth Drainage Board was needed before this poplar tree could be planted. The planting was organised by the Millennium Tree Line (MTL) project and attended by the Mayor of Boston. Donated by Crowders Nurseries, the tree was marked with a green MTL disc.
